Uses ONLY the Aveda products sold in the salon, and effects did not last.

This was my first facial at this establishment. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and my face felt great afterward. I've had facials all over Los Angeles, though, and the effects usually last longer than those for this one did. By the next day, my face felt tired again. I think this is due to the fact that the facialists are required to use only the Aveda products sold there. It was also a little uncomfortable when I came out of the room and the facialist had gathered up several products in order to hard-sell me. I kind of felt sorry that the spa was pushing her so hard to sell, as she is a really sweet person.
Conclusions
Not the best facial in town. If you like Aveda, go for it.
