Helped deep cleanse, refresh and moisturize skin. Rejuvenated for a week or more.

Several treatments needed with more done each time to recognize any long term benefits.

The facility is great and the aesthetician I go to is wonderful. I think you can achieve great benefit if done on a regular basis. However, it becomes quite expensive quickly. I also think it is beneficial as long as you have a great aesthetician because they can offer advice on how to better care for skin at home. The woman I go to offered me many facial options using items I have in the kitchen such as eggs, bananas, cucumbers, etc. I really appreciate her honesty as she could easily sell me very expensive products but she instead is helpful with everyday products.
Conclusions
I recommend a spa treatment as long as you're dealing with a reputable business.
