I can't think of a single drawback.

I have had botox on and off for years. Most docs charge about $15/unit and use a cheap syringe and needle. This doctor uses an incredibly small needle that I barely felt at all. Apparently, he concentrates the Botox too because the injections appeared to be much smaller. I have had his treatment 3 times now, and each treatment lasts nearly 6 months. The results are fabulous! Better than I have had from numerous plastic surgeons and dermtatologists. This doc is awesome!! If you want the best Botox treatment you will EVER have, go see Dr Michael Sinclar at Epilution Med Spa, 561-795-SKIN(7546). He is painless, and the results are absoulutely incredible. Even the price is great!
