I was treated very rudely at this clinic

I went to this clinic for an initial consultation about IPL for facial redness/slight acne. I saw the director of the clinic, and was treated progressively more rudely as the consultation proceeded. I just asked the normal questions you would as a potential client.

I am a well balanced individual and am not normally scared by people, but I was actually concerned that if I gave this woman a piece of my mind and walked out early she might hit me!

She was unkind and made derogatory comments about my skin, and eventually blew up and accused me of being a journalist (which I am not of course). I don't know what she was on, but she seemed very suspicious of me and seemed to be worried that I would print bad things about her company.

For this reason alone, I wonder if she has something to hide. In any case, if you are looking for laser treatment in London, I would recommend using an alternative facility to this one.
