During a small season working in NY I decided to try the microdermabrasion treatment. I am a brazilian male (30), with a solid brown skin color. Due to sun exposure during surfing (without sunblock)some skin imperfections appeared like a fine line in the forehead and some wrinkles. I also had small acne scars in my right cheek. After two microdermabrasion sessions, my face skin was totally different. The fine line and the acne scars almost disappeared and the wrinkles are gone for good. I believe since my skin is very thin the treatment left it a little bit redish for a couple of days, but Aloe Vera gel took care of it. Back in Brazil I finished the suggested five sessions and honestly I look like when I was 25 and started surfing. I now use SPF 15 and DMAE creams to prevent my skin from aging precociously.

Conclusions
Go for it ! And never stop using SPF 15 creams !
