I tried Elos skin rejuvenation to remove sun spots. It has worked very well on freckles on my cheeks but the deeper isolated sun spots, particularly above my eyebrows have only faded lightly after 3 treatments spaced 3 weeks apart. The treatment worked as intended, as my freckles turned a darker brown within several days of the treatment (somewhat like a blackhead), but then disappeared. My pores appear smaller and I notice a rosy glow the day or two after the treatment, but that is short lived. The treatment is not painful or uncomfortable and requires no downtown. No redness after the treatment.
Conclusions
If you prefer gentle treatments that take time, the Elos would be a good choice.
