Serenity Day Spa provides a variety of procedures from massage to facials, hair styling, manicure pedicure for men and women. It is a very pleasing spa to go to and comfortable to use. I was disappointed with my last facial because it was not made clear to me that the product that had been used for my facial in the past was being changed. I felt that it did not have the beneficial effects that I desired. The woman providing the treatment was fine but since she had provided me the same treatment in the past I expected her to ask which product I wanted used during the facial. I have had massages performed here as well and they have been fine.

You should be specific on what product you want them to use for your facial.
