Upon entering this "medspa" I was questioning the glowing reviews I had read. I have been to many dermatological facilities all over the world and never have I seen staff so unprofessionally dressed. No joke here - they were dressed in clothes I would wear out at night. Not a white jacket in site, but plenty of cleavage and leg without the cover charge and cocktails. UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL not only in appearance but also product knowledge. The owner must make the employees memorize pamphlets because NO ONE knew any real information aside from the label contents. In hindsight, I should have left.

I had a clinical facial with an additional peel. Never in my life have I had someone use such force on my face. I asked repeatedly for the esthetician to be gentler on my sensitive skin. After the facial, I asked to speak with the owner and was told "Um...she's not here." Each of the 3-6 messages I left for her to call me back were ignored.

Believe me. If you have even a brief idea of trying this place, DO NOT DO IT! Worse than your wallet being thinner, your skin may pay the dearest price.

Conclusions
Don't waste your time or money here. Your skin and wallet will suffer for it.
