Both facalists I have tried have been very nice and it is a lovely spa.
Drawbacks
The facialists were both too talkative.
Details
I think an at-home treatment is just as beneficial, though not as luxurious.
The facialists talked through the treatment - I knew their entire life stories when I was done and did not get a chance to malt away and enjoy being pampered. My skin was not improved much after the treatment. The facility itself is lovely - much nicer that Burke Williams, an area competitor.
The staff are always very nice and accomodating. The changing rooms are immaculate as are all other areas. Great facilities provided for use - an outdoor jacuzzi on a lovely deck with beds for laying out, lunch can be provided there. Rainfall room recommended for a hydrolic massage.
Conclusions
Lovely for once in a while treat.
