The overall professionalism and service provided at Spasation is poor. The time allowed for my services was highly misjudged. Their masseuse paid no attention to my requests of pressure and seemed more interested in her own agenda. The mud-bath was relaxing but I was not offered a shower afterwards - which would have been nice and sanitary. The employees did have a very warm, welcoming or comforting demeanor, and on at least two of my encounters during that day, I found the employee to be sullen and pouty. At the end, my hair cut and style had to be rushed - could not have my hair styled or dried as I had run out of time - although I do give kudos to the stylist for her friendliness.

Conclusions
Will never use Spasation again and will not recommend to others.
