helpled with some age spots. little help with broken capillaries

price, distance from home. repeat visits
Details
had to treat and re-treat most area of my face. some broken veins did disappear only to return again either after another ilp session or the weeks following completion. did manage to remove a pimple-like broken vein along nose.
was unable to remove an age spot under my eyebrow. insisted I had an infected pimple, when this red bump was been on my face for years. the ilp removed it slightly, but it has since returned. did nothing for large pores and never felt my skin thickened or plumped up due to collagen or elastin production.
Conclusions
might be good for slight brown spots &tiny broken veins.
