Benefits
TCA peels are in and out-no downtime. Can put on makeup the next day .
Drawbacks
After several days your face peels and you look pretty bad.
Details
I had a series of 5 chemical peels after having a complimentary skin analysis with a Visia machine. I had some skin damage and the peels spaced over a period of about 8 months along with a regimen of retin-a and hydroquione made a huge difference in my skin. I have no more hyperpigmentation and my skin is smoother and my pimples are all gone. My skin is not getting any younger but I have noticed that a lot of women my age have crows feet and blotchy skin. I think my skin is suspended in time and not aging,
Conclusions
It was inconvenient to have this series of peels but the results were well worth it.
