My face was clean, plumped, radiant.
Drawbacks
Pushing of very expensive Elemis products after the facial.

Vanessa did a wonderful job with the facial. It included cleansing, steaming, mask, toning, mosturizing. The products smelled good. The 'extraction' was not horribly painful. She did tell me I had horrible blackheads and should have an extra 30 minutes added to my facial to ensure she could get them all. This really put me off. The full relaxation of the facial was destroyed due to pushing of 'more time' and 'selling of product. It was a shame. Probably not Vanessa's fault - more the policy of the spa.
