If you had a positive or negative experience with any skin care provider (such as a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, rejuvenation clinic, spa, cosmetology salon or the like) please share it with our readers. Everybody benefits from an honest exchange -- including you!

As a thank you, you will receive a free copy of Eye Skin Care Infopack, a realistic, science-based practical guide to preventing and reversing skin aging in the eye area.

Currently, we only request reviews of providers located in densely populated areas, e.g. in or near major cities -- otherwise too few of our visitors will benefit from the information. If you do not have a provider to review, you can still get a free infopack by submitting a product review instead.

We ask that the body of your review be at least 500 characters (about 100 words) long. We believe that "one senetence" reviews are not sufficiently informative and may lead to misinterpretation.
