Diet Tip: Lose the pouch

I am a 44 year old mother of a beautiful 3 yr old daughter. Most of my life I have been active in keeping my body very fit. I have been overweight twice in my early twenties when suffering from a broken heart. There has been a misconception regarding weight loss and also how to get a nice flat tummy. YOUR DIET is the answer. People do not realize that the food you eat will determine how that tummy looks. I have done the experiment twice and each time it showed to be true. A healthy diet with lots of protein significantly changed my protruding tummy. The chips, fries and hamburgers will surely provide you with a nice round belly. Try for one month to cut out the bad stuff and replace with foods loaded with protein and you will see a difference.
