Fitness Tip: Keeping metabolism up

I've been extremely fit and active my entire life. My metabolism is through the roof, and much of it is attributed to consistently eating small meals throughout the day. Instead of having 3 huge meals, I have about 6 smaller meals. I find that I have more energy too! Also, I always have to do some form of exercise. If I cannot run for in the morning, I will do sit-ups or push-ups. This keeps me mentally and physically stable.

My weight has been consistent for the last 4 years. I don't have to get on a scale, and I do not have to worry about the amount of calories that are in each item.
