Personal Care Tip: Sleep better!

One of my biggest barriers to beauty is not being well rested. I was consistently having a hard time falling asleep, yet I definitely did not want to take any kind of sleep drug. I found a nutrition supplement called CalMag which really works for me. It is a blend of calcium and magnesium in powdered form. You mix it with hot water and drink 30 minutes before bed. It makes me feel relaxed without feeling drugged. I would definitely recommend it!
