Personal Care Tip: Stick to the basics

Anonymous

I'm 47 and have always been told my skin is so nice. Just recently I was told that I looked like a teenager. I think just general good-health tips have worked for me. I am 5'5 and have never weighed more than 105 lbs. due to just eating healthy food without much additives, a lot of fruit, vegetables, poultry, fish, and a little beef. I only use olive oil to cook with and use a lot of garlic and onions in my cooking for my family. I don't smoke and drink a very little bit of wine. If I want something sweet once in a while, I indulge in a small amount but usually don't have much taste for sugary foods. I wash my face in the evening with good products and use creams with some Retin-A in it as well as high-quality moisturizers. I don't wash my face in the morning because it just dries it out. I don't have a problem with acne. I do get a facial once a month and enjoy wearing makeup. Sometimes I'll make an oatmeal scrub for my face or rub olive oil into it, whatever I think of. Sometimes I'll put the white of an egg around my eyes for a temporary tightening effect. I also do a lot of reading about anti-aging techniques and appreciate this website. I plan on ordering the Do-It-Yourself Infopack also. My skin is very clear, dewey, and healthy looking for my age.
