I use the Neutrogena Dermabrasion system. According to Neutrogena, 11 dermabrasion procedures are equivalent to two in-office dermabrasions, at a fraction of the cost. Plus, I am a doctor and too self-conscious to go to my colleagues about wrinkles! This product will work much better than any product that does not have a mechanical buffing pad (think hand sanding versus belt sanding, on a much less aggressive scale, of course).

Tip - use a warm washcloth to get the cream off of your face before rinsing, or you will be rinsing for 20 minutes! Be sure to wash pads with antibacterial soap after each use. Bad germs will grow in there if you don't

Results (observed by submitter):
I have been using the Neutrogena dermabrasion kit for about four months, and am very pleased with the results. The overall skin tone of my face is much more even, and no more annoying little blocked pores here and there. Fine wrinkles are less noticeable. My sister has started using it and raves about it, as well.
