Skin Care Tip: Cost-free exfoliation

submitted by Anonymous

Tip description / details:
I find that instead of buying products to help you exfoliate you can try one of these two methods. When your skin is mosturized you usually simply peel the dead skin away simply by rubbing it or scratching it off. Try this the next time in a shower or bath. Be careful of excessive overuse since you can damage your skin if you scratch it off. One of the disadvantages is that the dead skin seems to come back daily making this treatment to be applied daily or once every second day to be effective
