Skin Care Tip: Facial Exercise

I got Carole Maggio's book years ago and have done her facial exercise son and off ever since. I am sure they help lift the middle of the face and the jaw line. I find them most effective for lifting the cheeks and mouth. I think you can improve your pout quite a lot. I don't do the eye exercises as you have to squint fiercely.

I think you can now get a video of how to do them, which would help as technique is important to get the right results. Result: My face feels firmer and more relaxed and my mouth and cheeks are more "up".
