Skin Care Tip: Vitamin E Oil for dry skin

submitted by Janice, Ione, WA USA

Tip description / details:
Sometimes my skin gets real dry. Especially if I spend a lot of time outdoors. In cold weather, we use heat in our homes. This dries out the air and makes it harder to keep our skin moisturized. When I think I need a little extra help, I put a thick vitamin E oil on my face and neck before bed and let it soak in overnight. Sometimes I use it two nights in a row.

Ingredients:

How to prepare:
Warm the bottle by running under hot water for a minute or two.

How to use:
Apply a coat, rub it in a little, but not too much. Basically, I just let it soak in on it's own.

Results (observed by submitter):
The next day my skin will not be dry at all. If I do this twice in a row, I can actually see less fine wrinkles around my eyes and mouth.

Costs involved:
