Skin Care Tip: Condition your legs as you shave

submitted by Wendy A., St. Louis, MO USA

Tip description / details:
When it's time to shave you legs, rather than resorting to the expensive shaving creams made for women, try to use your hair conditioner! Simply smooth it on in the shower or bath, wait about one minute, and shave as usual. It softens the coarse stubble on your legs and smoothes out your skin, making it less prone to nicks and razor burn. Most conditioners smell great and you can buy VO5 or White Rain for about one dollar!

Results (observed by submitter):
I have been shaving my legs this way for 15 years and, despite my sensitive skin, I no longer have any problems with razor burn. This has been a terrific beauty find for me and it makes me feel good to save some money for my family and still get smooth, moisturized legs.

Costs involved:
$1.50 or less!
