Skin Care Tip: Supple skin all over

submitted by Lucy Reay-Young, Canberra, Australia

Tip description / details:
Just as you are about to end your shower, switch the water to only cold and stand under it for about 2 minutes rubbing your body vigorously. This eliminates lactic acids and revives your skin by bringing your blood to high activity closer to the surface. Then get out and moisturize. Make it part of your daily routine.

My skin is supple and never dry, it tans better, shines and people comment on its softness. I also am free from cellulite at 33. I also start with a great feeling of vitality every morning from the fresh burst of cold to my body and heart. It may seem a terrible thought in the Winter but its worth it.
