Skin Care Tip: Beautify with Coconut Oil

submitted by Adie Sabetay Wilkon, Bangkok, Thailand

Tip description / details:
I live in Bangkok, Thailand and pollution here from car exhausts is a real problem for the skin as well as the lungs. Thai women swear by coconut oil. They rub it on their body, their hair and their faces. Their skin is always dewy and glowing. I have been using pure organic coconut oil for some time now and can say tell it's doing wonders for my skin and hair as well. Coconut oil provides a protective layer to combat pollution and the sun's damaging effects. Since I started to use it my hair and skin have been restored to their former softness and smoothness. Coconut oil is so pure, you can eat it. And its scent is natural and very tropical.

Ingredients:

How to use:
Aplly all over to moist 'after shower' skin. Also to face, especially to fine and 'not so fine' wrinkles. A amount the size of a penny rubbed into wet hair helps with frizzies and imparts beautiful shine.

Results (observed by submitter):
Beautiful and soft skin and hair.

Costs involved:
US $3
