Skin Care Tip: Water routine for supple skin

Use water to clean, refresh and revitalize your skin daily. Begin with a quick a.m. wash with warm water, followed by a cool rinse. After applying moisturizer and any makeup use a mister (a small bottle with a sprayer) 3-6 times a day. Just a quick spray over your face with do. Do not dry it off! In the evening, before bed, be sure to use a gentle cleanser with warm water. Apply your favorite night cream before sleep. (Also, be sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day. A clean, moist skin is always a plus. Anytime I get lazy about the above described routine my skin shows it!
