Drink your way to a healthy skin!
A juicer is required. With approximately one pound of carrots, an apple or other sweet fruit can be added to enhance flavor.
How to prepare:
Wash carrots and cut off ends and cut in two to three inch sections. Place in juicer and use a container with measurements to collect juice until there is about 15-16 oz. Toss in an apple if the juice is to strong for your taste.
How to use:
Drink this on a daily basis.
