Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Apple scrub

Tip description / details:
Malic acid in apples can remove dead skin and help the skin to renew itself, making it glow. Sugar polishes away rough spots and green tea olive oil can remove free radicals, provide UV protection and seals the moisture into the skin to prevent moisture lost.

Ingredients:
Applesauce, table sugar and green tea olive oil or just a normal oilve oil.

How to prepare:
Mix them all in a bowl.

How to use:
Apply the mixture daily on a dry skin after cleansing with a mild facial cleanser in a circular motion to areas where breakouts are the most common.

Results (observed by submitter):
A clear skin that glows as well as prevention of breakouts.
