Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Boosting skin and hair via supplements

submitted by Anonymous

Tip description / details:
Many people use vitamins and minerals on their skin to improve the tone, but few know the deep beautifying properties of using MSM (sulfur) and silica within. These are the building blocks of healthy hair, skin and nails. Every day, I take a full glass of water and add 3 drops of Biosil silica in liquid form (it smells bad and tastes a bit bad, but its well worth it) and I add in 1/2 tbs of MSM powder (Jarrow brand) I drink this cocktail 2 times a day, and my hair, nails and skin are absolutely beautiful! It pays to give yourself the building blocks you need to get the look you want!

Ingredients:
3 drops Biosil, 1/2 tbs Jarrow MSM, 10 oz. filtered water.

How to prepare:
mix until powder is dissolved and drink straight away

How to use:
2 x a day

Results (observed by submitter):
Stronger nails, quicker growth--stronger, softer, shinier hair, quicker growth--brighter, more youthful skin--porcelain complexion, decrease in acne.

Costs involved:
$25 combined
