Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Natural exfoliation

Tip description / details:
An old roommate shared a secret that her dermatologist told her years ago...for a simple, inexpensive way to exfloliate, use a mild facial soap such as Cetaphil and mix with a teaspoon of regular baking soda. I have been using this remedy a few days a week and I have noticed my skin looks and feel fresher and I have had fewer break-outs.

Ingredients:
Regular amount of mild facial soap plus teaspoon of baking soda

How to prepare:
Mix soap and baking soda together in your hand.

How to use:
Splash face with water. Then, mix the two ingredients noted above together and rub gently on face.

Results (observed by submitter):
I have been using this remedy a few days a week and I have noticed my skin looks and feel fresher and I have had fewer break-outs.
