Homemade Skin Care Recipe: Milk n Sugar Sudsy Body Scrub

Tip description / details:
This is a great natural exfoliator for scare using milk and sugar. It imparts a silky smoothness to skin lactic Acid from milk is a ntaural exfoliiant that gently breaks away dead skin cells.

Ingredients:
Sugar 1/2 cup (table is fine); Milk or cream liquid 1 cup (if you have dry skin try the cream); Mild shampoo or body wash 1 cup (Use somthing with a good foamin ability, but gently like a baby shampoo or castile soap)

How to prepare:
Add together the sugar milk and shampoo. Mix well. Place in a squeeze bottle and apply to wash cloth and gently scrub skin in shower. Rinse off.

How to use:
Apply to skin and gently rub. Rinse off in shower.

Results (observed by submitter):
Silky smooth skin

Costs involved:
small cost of sugar, milk
