Weight Loss Tip: Diet w/o wheat and milk for weight loss

submitted by Tina Nematian, sydney, Australia

Tip description / details:
Through various dieting strategies, I found one to be the most successful, giving me the results i was looking for. I took this advice, and with the help of some nutrition books, created my own diet that turned out to be amazing! Firstly, as a substitute for my usual white bread intake, i replaced this with rye bread. As a substitute for milk, i chose soy milk. A recommendation i would give, before commencing this diet would be to start a 10-day detox program, which essentially removes all the toxins and bad bacteria from your body, giving you a fresh start.
