After suffering years of acne as a teenager and successfully treating it with accutane at age 19, I began seeing some recurrance of acne 10 years later. I received a prescription for retin-a from my doctor and within a week my skin cleared up. No over the counter products (like bezol peroxide or salycilic acid) were anywhere near as effective. The product also helped smooth the overall texture of my skin, softening fine lines and fading discolored acne scars. It did make my skin more sensitive and occasionally irritated. I was also concerned about increasing my risk of sun damage since I live in Southern California, where the sunlight is pretty intense. So I used this product only intermittently when my skin broke out. As a result, I may not have seen the full benefits of its anti-aging properties.

Conclusions
I highly recommend this product for acne and mild acne scarring.
