I had severe acne on my skin and it trully made me feel horrible. Just looking in the mirror was painful. One day my little sister told me my mother buys her differin from the dermatologist and not only did she do that she gave me a bottle of Differin Gel (seeing how I did not have money for the product or a visit to the doctor). I tried this clean face with water and differin gel at night or when I thought I would not be going outdoors. It seemed to work pretty well. but only when I used it consistently. It faded scars and reduced roughness in my skin tone. I guess it has retinol in it. Anyone that needs help healing their skin should use this. I do not use differin today. I am trying a more natural remedy for my skin. You are right beauty does start from the inside out.
