Excellent hardly describes the results of this prescription acne medication. I have mild acne and very oily skin. When I use Accutane my complextion looks like a babys bottom. Gone are the visable pores, bumps, oil, discoloration, and fine lines. I never neglect my skincare routine while taking accutane, but I don't have to wash 3 times a day either! I get more compliments about how "beautiful" my skin is. Having used it 5 different times since highschool, 15 years, I have not once experienced any of the known side affects or the bogus, unfounded claims about depression. A woman CANNOT get pregnant while using it, however, it does not effect a woman's ability to have a healthy pregnancy once it is completely out of her system (doc's say 3 months, I say a year).
