I have been battling acne for almost a decade now. It started when i was eight or nine and i'm still in the battle today at almost eightteen. In all those years i have found only one product that so far has consitantly worked for me, Accutane. Yes, there are side effects, you burn in the sun easily, you always need lip chap, there's a risk of liver damage, and my family tells me that i have a bit more mood swings. But for me it's worth it hands down.

If you're reading this then i'm sure you know what it's like to feel worthless. To be so depressed and helpless, to hate yourself. To miss out on activities and to not be able to look people in the face out of shame. That's what i've went through and am still going through now. I'm trying to get back on that pill for my third/four treatment. For those of you who think that this pill is an evil, you are wronge but neither is it a god sent. But so far for me it works the best and let me tell you, no joke or exageration here that i have a list of creams, topicals, washes, pills,that are as long as i am tall. Granted i'm only 5'2" but i've even done acupunture and many different spa treatments. so as long as it works for me i'll be on Accutane. -kay
