I've used this product on and off for about a year and I got some results from it. I say some because my face didn't clear up completely but got noticably clearer with fewer breakouts around my period. I'm 39 years old and still break out, especially around my period, sometimes it would get so bad it would run into the next phase of my next period. When on the product I noticed I would only get 1 to 3 breakouts (compared to 10 or more) and they cleared up pretty fast if I used the cream. I only used the cream occassionaly or to spot treat because it dried my face out. All in all I liked the product because it did help me more than most other things out there. You may need to use some other topical thing to get even better results but it does seem to help with the hormonal aspect of acne.
