My entire face broke out

I believe I understand that this product expands inside your pores and plumps up your skin - My entire face was covered in pimples after using this product. To make matters worse, I called Lancome and they said they could not take it back because it was formulated in a different country - I happened to be in Brazil. The product specifically states it is made in France so I don't believe them. I have read some other mixed reviews of this product - some great so maybe it is just me - I would not dream of reccomending it to anyone.
