There is nothing positive about the product and even less so for the company. I cancelled the imediate ship process back in october of 2004. I am continually getting the product, as well as the deduction from my bank account. They wont answer the phone at all. And they do not appear to cancel you via the internet. I want my money back and I want this to stop!!!!!!!!!! I don't hate much, but I hate this company. They use you and abuse you. There is no way to stop this. Don't order any. My free sample has cost me hundreds, and it is still not stopping. I don't know what to do. You will sit on the phone listening to the voice apologizing for the delay. I have sat on it for over 5 hours total and still not received anyone. I am trying again at this very minute. I have been holding for over 40 minutes.

Conclusions
There is nothing positive about the product.
