Main reason for use: Nasal-labial lines (dents) and beginning to get crows feet, mild wrinkle on forehead, 34 years old always wear sunscreen, rarely go out in sun. Was hoping to stop wrinkles from getting worse. Used for a week and a half because the product said 'best results after two to three weeks' but stopped, because the adverse affects were becoming alarming. This is the first time I ever tried using anything and I thought the adverse affects would subside, I shouldn't have waited as long as I did. I don't know if this was because my skin was firm/tight before, and the product is meant for people for looser skin? Or if I just had an adverse affect, or if this affect would happen to everyone.

The first day it relaxed my facial muscles. The next morning, my skin felt puffy. Throughout use my skin felt more swollen/puffy. After 2 or three days, I'd find lines from sleeping would stay most of the day. Indents seemed to stay longer on my skin than before. After a week and a half, I stopped because it looked like my skin was developing an odd texture, and I smiled and saw that it looked like it was making me develop a nasal-labial FOLD when I didn't have one before, due to the puffiness/swelling! Now, stopping, the swelling it caused is gradually subsiding, but my skin feels looser than before. I had smooth skin before but my pores look larger and my skin has a slight orange-peel texture (very slight). when I smile, there are more lines around my previous lines. Around my mouth the skin seems less elastic than before, and lines stay (instead of leaving after I stop smiling). I HOPE that my skin will return to normal. I *think* the main problem is it made my skin puff up and stretched out my skin. I am really hoping my skin returns back to normal. I left a message for their customer service but they haven't called me back. In addition, the formula is really greasy. I usually have no acne but I had a little with the use of the product.

Conclusions
Quite an awful experience.
