Dryness and patchiness under eye area

I am fifty-seven years old with very nice skin. RoC Multi-correxion should have a warning for women with mature skin. My experience with this product was very detrimental. My under eye area now is red and puffy after applying the cream for seven days. I see lines where there weren't any before. This product was to improve the appearance of dark circles -I have magenta ones now. The texture of my skin under the eye area is thin and looks puckery. I am praying that this condition is temporary. Will definitely let the manufacturers know about this very terrible experience.
