I have not found any benefits to using retin-A.

Drawbacks
The drawbacks to this were apparent overnight with redness and peeling!

Details
Even though the doctor said this was a milder prescription than what I had used 10 years ago (with disastrous results), I should have refused it. My complexion went from not so great to horrendous. It's as if it was just eating my skin. I have tried using it for only half an hour at a time, but still it is not working for me at all. I had gone to the dermatologist hoping for something stronger than over-the-counter to get results; I certainly got both, in a negative way.

Conclusions
I am back to using Neutrogena Anti-Wrinkle Cream until I can find something better.
