I would recommend this product/procedure for the treatment of frown lines and fine lines around eyes. Within 3 days of Botox treatment, my frown lines completely disappeared and the fine lines around my eyes were greatly diminished. I have used this product 3 times now approximately 6 months apart, each time with excellent results. The first two times the dermatologist used a numbing cream and I experienced no discomfort. The last time, I was comfortable with the procedure (and the dermatologist) and declined the numbing cream. I had very minimal discomfort and will probably skip the numbing cream from now on - however, this is a personal preference based on my own comfort level and may not be for everyone. I experienced very mild bruising (I had taken aspirin earlier in the day) after the first treatment - none after the last two treatments.

Conclusions
I would highly recommend Botox for frown lines and fine lines around the eyes.
