No major drawbacks--the company is in Japan, but orders arrive within 5 days.

I have used several DHC cleansing, moisturizing and anti-aging products and have been satisfied with them all. The anti-aging products, including Retino A Pack, work as well as any I've tried. A nice feature of this company is that they include 4 samples of your choice so that you can try the products risk free. I regularly purchase the Retino A Pack, but also like the Velvet Skin Coat and the Eye Bright Products. The ingredients are natural and effective and prices are in the mid-range (more than some drug store brands, but much less than expensive department store lines.
Conclusions
DHC is a reliable company with quality products. I recommend giving them a try.
