I am 33 with sensitive, acne-prone, hyperpigmented, sun-damaged skin; light-med skin tone; dry-normal skin type that responds best to "less". The entire Nucelle line contains an AHA called Mandelic Acid which is as effective, but less harsh than traditional AHA's like glycolic acid. It is so gentle in fact that all of their products can be used before AND after skin resurfacing procedures - even the 10% serum! Nothing stings or burns or irritates. It just "works"! I have been using Nucelle products for a year now - my "simple" daily regimen including the Mandelic cleanser (step 1), 10% serum (step 3), eye cream, and night lotion. I don't use the toner (step 2) b/c I am allergic to witch hazel otherwise I would. Patience is a virtue with this line as it took a couple of months, for my skin tone to even out and less breakouts to occur but my skin still responds positively to the Mandelic Acid even after a year! Nucelle products are gentle yet highly effective... the long term benefits are totally worth the initial wait!!!
