At the age of 29, I started to notice lines forming on my forehead. I tend to frown frequently, my husband would say stop that but I could not control my frowning. After hearing about Botox, I thought I would give it a try. The injections were only slightly unpleasurable, however 2 days later my lines were gone. The effects of the injections lasted about 5 months, during this time I was unable to frown even if I tried. The effects have now worn off, and I can frown If I choose too. However the wrinkles are gone and I frown far less often. The botox has seemed to retrain me to frown less often. I will definately do this again!
