I'm a fair-skinned 48-year-old female. I had thermage twice. It has ben 9 months since the first procedure, and 7 months since the second one. My doctor convinced me from the photos she took that my skin had tightened from the first procedure, and thus I would benefit from a second procedure, so I did it again. Both times, the doctor marked my face, but the procedure was done by a trained nurse. I can't say for sure there has been absolutely no effect, but I really can't notice a difference, so I do not think it was worth the money and discomfort.
Conclusions
Be prepared for some pain. I don't think it was worth the money.
