Skin Care Review: La Prairie Cellular Retinol Complex

by Astrid Vella, Sliema Malta

Gives a nice 'plumped-up' fresh look to dry, mature skin.

As it contains Retinol, its best to use it in Winter or when out of the sun.

I am 45 years old and have always had extremely dry skin, and though I take good care of it, nothing seemed to have a noticeable effect.

I have tried many mailine products, but this is the first time I've tried such a premium range and I must admit it works. For the first time, my skin looks visibly plumped up and taut in the morning; great after a good night's sleep, and even acceptable after only a few hours' sleep, no longer that haggard 'morning after' look.

If I miss out on using it for a couple of days, the difference can be seen immediately, so something must be happening!

It's certainly superior to the normal mid-price products I used previously.
