Oprah's dermatologist recommended this on her show. She said it really did work. I also got a recommendation from a doc. that specializes in anti aging treatments ( fillers, botox etc.) She said you had to use it for 6 mos. to see results - at first twice a day,for the first 3 mos. I'm 50 yrs old and still have problems w/ adult acne, so I use retin a every evening, which keeps it under control. I also have problems w/ melasma and hoped this product would help. One of the first things I noticed upon using tns was that I was really breaking out alot. I also noticed that it really burned my skin on application - not for sensitive types. I used for a yr. saw no improvement, so I stopped. After a few months off I decided to try it again, and I immediatly started breaking out. I do think that maybe my melasma was improved by this, but it's hard to say. I don't think it's worth the cost however.

Conclusions
It did nothing for me except make my wallet lighter.
