I used SC2X as a spot treatment on several skin tags, wrinkles and acne marks. It removed the tags, remove a blemish I was told needed to be removed via surgery (and left no scar); helped acne scars heal flat (instead of as an icepick or rolling type) and left my pores in those areas extremely small and poreless. I would have used it all over, but I believe it made my acne prone skin purge and I was afraid of additional irritation showing in signs of loose skin. It works well after your skin adjusts to it, but you have to move slowly with using it.

Conclusions
I highly recommend using SC2X as a spot treatment for scars.
